1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile application Lore Counter (“the Application”).

By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.

2. Description of Service

Lore Counter is a simple utility application designed to help users track points while playing the Lorcana TCG game.

The Application:

  • operates locally on your device
  • does not require an account
  • does not store or process personal data

3. License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

  • copy, modify, or distribute the Application
  • reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • use the Application for unlawful purposes

4. In-App Purchases

The Application may offer an optional in-app purchase (“Support Developer”).

  • This purchase is voluntary and does not unlock critical functionality
  • Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play
  • The developer does not store or process payment information
  • All purchases are subject to the respective platform’s terms and refund policies.

5. No Warranty

The Application is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

The developer does not guarantee that:

  • the Application will always function without interruptions or errors
  • the Application will meet all user expectations

Use of the Application is at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

The developer shall not be liable for:

  • any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • loss of data, gameplay progress, or device issues
  • any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Application

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Application remain the property of:

The Application does not claim any ownership over Lorcana TCG or related trademarks, which belong to their respective owners.

8. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated.

You may stop using the Application at any time.

The developer reserves the right to:

  • modify or discontinue the Application
  • restrict access if these Terms are violated

9. Updates and Changes

The Application may be updated from time to time to:

  • improve functionality
  • fix bugs
  • comply with legal requirements

Continued use of the Application after updates constitutes acceptance of the changes.

10. Digital Services Act (DSA)

In accordance with EU Regulation 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act):

  • The Application does not host user-generated content
  • The Application does not provide online intermediation services
  • No content moderation is performed
  • No recommender systems or profiling are used
